Thought of the day:
I saw a dead cat by the side of the road today, that or a skunk. To be honest
with you, I really didn't care. Maybe that makes me a horrible person and I
seem heartless. I thought about all this as I drove on. I then realized that
perhaps I'm better off not to care, that animal will be no less dead no matter
how I feel. The only person effected by any pain I would have at it's death
would be me. I don't need be torn up over such a thing, do I? If only I could
control what I care about. So many times I care only to be nothing but hurt by my feelings.
