It isn't the violent movies and TV shows the fuck you up. It's the ones that try to sell us a world that we'd like to be true. Where doing the right thing is rewarded and everyone finds that special someone. Pretty Woman has probably messed up more people with it's silly romantic dream than all the Friday the 13th movies combined. Hmm..now I'm left wondering why nobody cries for the victims watching slasher movies? Yet, they'll cry over the happy ending of Pretty Woman. Speaking of Pretty Woman, listen to some Roy Orbison today! Buy a CD if you need to. The man was amazing!
