I find I get into this cycle where I repeated the same thing a lot. It can be a word or phrase or a story. Most times without being aware of it. I notice that my thought of the day yesterday was similar to no one I did a while back, I know I've used the same quote more than once, but I think that has more to do with not remember that I'd used it already.
