Thought of the day:
There's a new show on this season about a fictitious first female president. Now "we've" been "electing" presidents for over 200 years now. That's before telephones, automobiles, electricity, photography, etc. So why is it that sending talking, moving, color imagines almost instantly across the globe is reality and yet a first female president is fiction? Hell, it's a fucking gimmick for a TV show! They say we're fighting for freedom in Iraq, but if you ask me it seems we've got a lot of fighting to do at home first.
Odd side note of the day:
I'm watching the old X-men cartoon from the 90's and the president is a woman on it.
