Thought of the day:
It's my nephew's birthday. I have to wonder if I'm a good uncle or not. I had several uncles, some were a bit scary when I was young. The one day my nephew was over and I picked up a new playstation game for him. His father paid for it, but I was going out so I got it. He wanted to play it but seemed afraid to ask. My brother asked him if he was afraid of me and he did say anything. Jokingly I quietly yelled "answer him!," my brother laughed. So am I a bit scary as an uncle? I know I spoil him a bit, but buying gifts is easy and so what meaningless. But it is one thing uncle Dave is good at.
